  3. Turn the heat to medium heat for the skillet and once the oil is hot add a serving spoon full of the salmon mix to the grease. Flatten it a little with the back of a spoon. Repeat a few more times making three Pattie’s in your skillet.
  4. Let them fry for 3-5 minutes on each side until desired fried color is achieved. I like mine to be a little burnt. So you do what you think is best.
  5. Once done place on a paper towel lined plate and repeat until you’ve cooked all of the mixture into Pattie’s.
  6. Once done just serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits and green beans!
  7. Enjoy!
